Porthleven Easter Egg

This sculpture featured in Channel 4’s Extreme Chocolate Makers, aired on Easter Sunday 2019.

I was commissioned by Chef Jude Kereama from Kota Kai in Porthleven to create an Easter/Cornish themed chocolate sculpture for a Macmillan Cancer charity fund-raising event that he was hosting.

Standing 3ft tall, it features a handpainted Easter Egg with a view of Porthleven from Jude’s restaurant. The egg sits on top of a stand made up from large chocolate beach pebbles and seashells.

The big milk chocolate egg was one of the prizes!
