Ripple Rose
Four tiers of differing flavours for this beautiful wedding cake including Strawberry & Champagne, Blueberry Buttermilk, Orange & Almond and Classic Lemon.
Decorated with delicately thin Dominican Republic white chocolate wraps and dotted with variegated pink and natural pure chocolate roses. Tempered Ruby chocolate and white chocolate couverture delicately flavoured with natural rose oil was used to make the many individual petals, each meticulaously stuck together to form the flowers.
