Macaron Tower with Cake

The perfect choice if you love both cake and macarons. Have both!

The little macaron tower cakes come in a variety of sizes. Here a selection of macarons in Blackcurrant, Seasalt Caramel, Jasmine & Orange and Chocolate. These were set around a dummy cone but if you want additional portions this can be a cake too. The cake beneath is Coconut with Swiss meringue buttercream and homemade Orange & Lemon curd. This pairs really well with Passionfruit curd too. Coconut flakes providing that lovely bit of texture.

If you’re not a fan of coconut, would prefer other macarons or a different colour scheme that’s just fine. There’s a whole world of fab combinations.
