Mint Macarons

I just adore macarons and produce many different flavours to order for weddings, parties and events. These are made loose, in gifts bags or as show-piece display towers.

These are filled with mint & milk chocolate ganache and edged with toasted nibbed almonds. Decorated in gold leaf.
