I am an award winning wedding cake designer, patissiere and chocolatier working from my kitchen studio in the Cornish countryside making wedding cakes, chocolate wedding favours, and hand-made fresh chocolates. As a trained artist and designer, I’m passionate about exceptional design, finish and taste. My wedding cakes and fresh chocolates are hand-made without preservatives and additives. I use some of the best ingredients such as wildflower honey, Cornish cream, butter and eggs and fruit from local suppliers as well as single origin and plantation chocolate couvertures from around the world. My wedding cakes are available for delivery within England and Wales.
