Tulip Wrap Cakes

These little cakes are great as individual desserts at the wedding breakfast or for a party.

A rich chocolate cake made layered with milk chocolate & fresh Cornish cream ganache. Very often paired with a zingy raspberry coulis.

The cake is wrapped in thin, crisp sheets of tempered dark chocolate with fluffy pure white chocolate tulip style flowers.
