My chocolates are hand-made with fresh, natural ingredients, and without artificial preservatives and flavourings.

Seasalt Rocher – Toasted almond slivers with Cornish Seasalt, dipped in Veneuzelan 43% milk chocolate.

Cardamom & Pistachio Truffle – Ghanaian milk chocolate and fresh cream ganache infused with cardamom and rolled in green pistachios.

Tonka, Whisky & Hazelnut Bonbon – Mexican dark chocolate ganache with Tonka Bean and Whisky, with awhole Hazelnut in painted dome.

Honey & Cinnamon
