Berry Wrap

An 11kg, three-tier chocolate extravaganza! All tiers of this wedding cake were a rich, dark chocolate sponge layered with a silky-smooth ganache made from milk chocolate and fresh Cornish cream. Encased in delicate, thin wraps of tempered pure Ghanaian milk chocolate and decorated with chocolate roses, little hearts and fresh berries.
