This three tier wedding cake is wrapped in chocolate and handmade pure white chocolate rosebuds curls. Designed to reflect the textures of the wedding dress. A beautifully imposing cake which was the centrepiece of this Carbis Bay Hotel wedding.
Can be made in any quantity of tiers, combination of chocolate coating techniques and cake flavours.
