Half day 9am – 12pm Helston, Cornwall
In this morning course Nicky will show you how to work with coloured cocoa butter to paint chocolate moulds.
You will make filled chocolate pralines with your newly acquired skills, with Nicky demonstrating how to temper chocolate, make a ganache to fill the moulds and successfully cap or “top off”.
You will leave the course with the practical knowledge to work with cocoa butter colours succesfully and of course your very own chocolates to take home.
The skills learnt on this course can also be applied to many applications including cakes and other chocolate products and art pieces.
