Pleated Heart Cake

Orders – Cakes baked fresh to order. Please allow at least two weeks from order to your required delivery/collection date.  It is advisable to allow more notice if you require a cake during the busy summer period or around Easter and Christmas. If you require something sooner than two weeks, please email me with your requirements and I’ll try and accommodate if I have availablity.

Raspberry & White Chocolate Pleated Heart Cake

This 6 inch heart will make a beautiful celebration cake or gift.

Decorated with delicious, crisp tempered thin sheets & pleats of white and raspberry chocolate. Dotted with dried raspberries.

Flavour: soft vanilla sponge with baked-in fresh raspberries and layered with homemade raspberry compote, light Italian meringue buttercream and raspberry buttercream.

Due to its delicate nature this cake is suitable for COLLECTION only.

Cakes will vary slightly from the picture as each is hand made.

Allergens: Ingredients include Wheat (Gluten),  Milk, Butter (Milk), Soya. Handmade in a kitchen that also handles Nuts, Peanuts and Sesame.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Storage and shelf life: Cake will keep well for up to three days from delivery/collection. Store in fridge in its packaging but please bring back to ambient room temperature (at least 1-2 hours) to avoid condensation on chocolate and to enjoy at its best.
