Allergens: Ingredients include Wheat (Gluten), Dairy (Milk), Soya and Nuts. Handmade in a kitchen that also handles Peanuts and Sesame.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Storage and shelf life: Cake will keep well for up to three days. Store in the fridge in its packaging and bring back to room temperature (appox 1 hour) to enjoy at its best.
