Dark chocolate torso

This sculpture was designed by eye. It started with a sketch and was built up with chocolate like clay, then carved into shape with knives and carving tools.

The shine was acheived by heating and polishing with the heel of my hand.

A pure dark solid chocolate piece, it was handpiped with a tempered chocolate dotted ‘shawl’ and set onto a solid chocolate base with granite stone effect.

Approx 50cm tall.
