Chocolate Truffle Roses

These little chocolate flowers can be used as table dressings or given as gifts. Each one is hand made entirely from tempered chocolate and the centre contains a fresh chocolate truffle. They featured in Extreme Chocolate Makers on Channel 4 April 2019.
