Vanilla Truffles and Pistachio Truffles

The Vanilla truffles made with Venzuelan 43% origin milk chocolate and fresh cornish cream infused with Madagascan vanilla seeds, rolled in freshly made chocolate shavings.

The Cardamom & Pistachio truffles made with fresh Cornish cream infused with cardamom pods and blended with 40% Ghanaian chocolate. Dipped in Mexican dark chocolate and rolled in toatsed Inranian green pistachios.
