If you feel you have ordered incorrectly you may request a refund within 2 days of purchase. This time frame is used because it will stop the order process before dispatch as our products are made to order. Please contact us at the telephone number below or at email@example.com.
All our chocolates are freshly made and dispatched in perfect condition, as we take the utmost care in wrapping and packing them. If any items fails to reach you in perfect condition please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You can then return them to us within a further 7 days using the return shipping label at the address below stating the reason for return. Once we have received the item, we will refund the full purchase cost of that item or send out a replacement by return and refund reasonable postage costs incurred.
