Vertical Chocolate Shard Cake

Two toned 80th birthday cake with hand cut slim chocolate shard panels in white and milk chocolate.

A handmade raspberry and white chocolate flower on the upper tier which is Raspberry, Rose and Pistachio sponge.

Handmade cherry coloured milk chocolate flower on the base tier which is Chocolate, Cherry & Hazelnut praline sponge – basically a nutty Black Forest Cake.

I love the show though of both the Pistachio and the Cherry Italian meringue buttercream coatings beneath – it’s always nice to have a glimpse of what’s to come.

You can add a chocolate message plaque. All hand-made.

Please allow as much notice as possible for your cake, especially the more detailed designs, as dates can get booked up quite far in advance. These bespoke cakes available for collection from my Helston kitchen. I may be able to provide local delivery on request (charge applies) and larger value orders can be personally delivered further afield.
