These little gift cakes looked and smelled sooo tempting!

Tempered white chocolate wraps around individual baked-in raspberry Vanilla sponges. Layered with vanilla bean Italian meringue buttercream and raspberry compote. Topped with white chocolate ganache, fresh raspberries, piped buttercream kisses and zingy raspberry coulis.

In boxes for guests to take home. Equally fantastic served as dessert with an extra little puddle of coulis sauce. Yum!
