Standing over three feet tall this elegant Wedding Cake, which featured at a Wedding at The Eden Project, has over 300 macarons studded around a pink iced cone. The flavours of macaron included, Rose, Chocolate, Pistachio, Vanilla and Seasalt Caramel. The macarons were set on a pink iced dark chocolate cake layered with a fresh Cornish cream ganache. It was decorated with approximately 90 large hand made sugar flowers in shades of pink.
The 100 guests also had 3 additional Macarons in clear bags tied with ribbon and name tags as wedding favours.
