Moist and rich Peruvian dark chocolate cake - a little like a mud cake/brownie but less sweet and more intensely chocolatey Layered with a fresh cream Venezuelan 43% milk chocolate ganache (as a variation to the House Cake this can alternatively be made with dark or white chocolate ganache or even flavoured) Excellent dessert option, served with raspberry coulis!!
