Until 2001 I was a Corporate Identity Manager for a blue chip company in London. With a Masters degree in Design Strategy and Innovation and as an artist, I have a full appreciation of the need for originality, superior craftsmanship and attention to detail in design. I am able to turn my hand to many artistic mediums but my life-long love of baking moved me into the world of sugarcraft, studying in Patisserie and then as a Chocolatier.
Since 2003 I have been creating Wedding Cakes and Favours, Chocolate Sculptures and Fresh Chocolates and Truffles from my kitchen in mid-west Cornwall.
I combine my design skills in sugar and chocolate craft with some of the best local ingredients such as Cornish cream, butter and eggs, wildflower honey, fruit and Cornish Seasalt (used in my award winning Caramel) to create some of the most sought after cakes and chocolates in the country. My fresh chocolate range is made without preservatives and additives, emphasising subtle flavour blends, textures and mouth feel. My cakes and sculptures are hand delivered from Lands End to London and my chocolates are available online and at selected collaborations.
