Extreme Chocolate

Delighted to finally reveal my participation in a new series from Channel 4 – Extreme Chocolate Makers. Launching this Easter Sunday at 6pm and then every week day from the 22nd April at 5.30pm.

From the production company TwoFour: ‘This series unveils the work of an elite group of chocolatiers, who go all out to produce the world’s most breath-taking chocolate creations.’

It’s has been enormously good fun but very hard work and I have met some lovely people in the process.
