A Madagascan 65% dark origin chocolate is used to decorate this multi-textured tiered wedding cake.

Different chocolate wrapping techniques of smooth, matt and textured bands encase the cake.

Over 800 individual pure chocolate petals are handmade to create the blossom, the large delicate chocolate rose and the heart cake topper. I avoid using chocolate paste for decorating preferring pure couverture chocolate instead, which gives a lovely 'snap' and beautiful flavour.

This cake is available in a large selection of delicious origin and plantation chocolates depending on personal preference.
